Why is your feedback not 100%?
One buyer left us a negative feedback without ever contacting us or letting us know he had a problem with an item. We always try to work out problems and try to satisfy each buyer. We do try to inspect each item to the best of our abilities, but if some problem gets by us, let us know immediately so that we can rectify the situation. Our auction website presence does show 100% positive feedback and over 5000 transactions!
Another buyer received a full refund for an item that was not available in the quantity she desired, but she did not respond to our emails notifying her of this situation, and posted feedback before checking with us!
Communication is the key to a successful transaction. We are open to discussing any concerns with potential buyers!
